In today’s environment, there are many work-from-home individuals. While this is an amazing opportunity, it has its own inherent problems. With social isolation rearing its head as the main complaint. Therefore, checking in frequently with your stay-at-home customers helps them to feel connected. With our marketing group, we have several Zoom meetings every week. But the one we all enjoy the most is our Wine And Dine Show on Wednesday evenings. Here is a link for the article that Yahoo Finance wrote about our Wednesday evening Wine And Dine show and stay-at-home- workers. Inviting our customers to join us every week helps ease some of the isolation that stay-at-home workers experience.

By utilizing this example, there are other ways to keep your customers connected to you. Certainly, find one that expresses your business’s “Personality“. Since, by talking to each other, each customer will tell you exactly what will keep them coming back.
