Teachers For Brainfood Academy: Pay Structure Outline For Teachers
As with any type of employment, you need to know your salary. From that standpoint, this program is not different. However, here you will be an Independent Contractor. As such, your pay is above average; and is entirely under your control. Allowing you to make the amount you want. Finally, each class has a maximum of 500 students. Your income increasing with your ability to teach multiple grades and subjects. Now your income is only hindered by your ability to draw students to your platforms. Please see the following outline.
- As each student accesses a class, $10 is credited to the wallet of the teacher. Thereby, payment is per student per call per month. For Example: if they are teaching 100 students in a session, multiplied by 10. Income would be $1000 for that Session for the month. While 500 students would be $5000.00. And So On, And So On. However, the maximum that we allow is 500. Thus, the overflow needs to go to a different Class or Teacher. Now, this is by Design.
- While Grades 1 through 8 are permitted to Attend up to 5 Classes Daily.
- However, Grades 9 through 12 are Permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes per day.
- Unlike our current School System. There is “No Break In Pay”. Our Pay structure is set up on a 12-month cycle.
- This Pay structure is setup utilizing the FMS vortex system. All zoom classroom fees will be covered when signing up for class. There will be training on using your YouTube. Along with instruction on the curriculum material.

While none of us want to incur “Set-Up Fees”. They are a fact of life. However, since this is for “Online or (Internet) Classroom. Your in-the-home office and expenses are tax deductible. Now these fees help to off-set the lack of funds from our Government. Although, the majority of collected funds are for your salaries; there are still some minor fees for the teachers.
- Firstly, we have the Annual Enrollment of $50.00
- Secondly, there is the Monthly Secure Server Access Fee of $59.95
